Kagemusha Posted July 20, 2019 Posted July 20, 2019 The bomb bay doors are open, who'd do that for a hoax. I sincerely hope they get the seats right. Found a stunning Armee de l'Air aircraft, overall nm and black nacelles. Iain and Gazzas 2
Iain Posted July 20, 2019 Author Posted July 20, 2019 I've got a good book, somewhere, on French Invaders... <wanders off to see if he can find it> Iain scvrobeson and Kagemusha 2

Plus it fit's my storage requirements nicely. Can any of the experten conclusively determine if this is the Vietnam era bird or the earlier WW2/Korean War variant? Either way, lots and lots of aftermarket decal and resin opportunities here! Now if they just do the "other" B-26. What is shown in the photos is not the Vietnam A-26K. For one thing, the buildups have top turrets, which were not on those aircraft. My suspicion is that their releases are going to be similar to the 1/48 Monogram releases, WW2/Korea. nmayhew 1
Out2gtcha Posted July 20, 2019 Posted July 20, 2019 Hopefully an AM manufacturer would serve us up a Counter Invader conversion at some point. *he said as he gets waaaaay ahead of himself* kalashnikov-47, scvrobeson, Vandy 1 VX 4 and 1 other 4

Funny you say that as that's the first version to be released, the one I want is, naturally, the last and the glass nose is frosted, honest. Iain, Out2gtcha, D.B. Andrus and 1 other 4

RNoAF Posted July 21, 2019 Posted July 21, 2019 Now we are just missing the B-26 of the WW2 light bombers........ D.B. Andrus 1

I believe the B-25, -26; A-26 were classified as medium bombers. The A-20 was our main light bomber - fortunately it is in process to be an injected kit in our scale. Speaking of Marauders, how about a 4 engine version? XB-33 https://www.militaryfactory.com/aircraft/detail.asp?aircraft_id=1569 Cheers, D.B. David66, Learstang, Piprm and 4 others 7
