I kind of doubt it.  Hardly anyone outside of the deep submersible community had probably heard of it before.  Also, it’s apparently 3D printed, so the time to make a finished product is a lot shorter than injection molding.

Totally Wrong at every level, why do companies come out with stuff like this are they that desperate for cash flow.

Over the years I have seen a few bad choices for diorama builds, but recently a publication in very poor taste now this if they wanted a subject Piccards "Trieste"  as a mainstream kit.
