John1
Tamiya needs to release a 32nd Sabre and a Hellcat. There, it’s done. Mods - lock this baby up! LSP_Ron
cbk57
if this thread goes on long enough it might actually connect with the fact of Tamiya releasing a BF-109G. Might take 10 years but... discus and MikeMaben
Basta
Out of curiosity and to put the odds of all these wishing well threads in perspective, just how many new tools of 32nd scale planes has Tamiya actually released in the last 20 years, not counting knock-ons like the F-51? The F-14, F-4, and F-15 series all saw their first release before 2000. I believe the A6M5 Zero was first released in 2000, and was the first 1/32 prop fighter release. So for 2000 and later, it’s Zero F-16 Mustang Spitfire Corsair Mosquito Basta, haveblue, nmayhew and 1 other 3
LSP_Mike
Zero x2 F 16 Mustang Spitfire x3? Corsair x2 Mosquito That said, a 109 F or G to their current standard would be great. Basta and LSP_K2 1

Surprised we haven’t seen an NF or B.IV Mosquito since the current kit includes unneeded parts for other Mossie Variants. LSP_K2

We might occasionally try and stick handle one back onto topic though. I imagine a group of pals sitting together, grilling some burgers and swilling down some happy juice. I also imagine suggesting that we must stick to one topic of conversation and one topic only. I can also imagine getting chased after by some guys with a butterfly net. LSP_K2
I vote for a G too (as opposed to a G-2). G-6, G-10, G-14, any of these would be good by me, and I'd do my best to snatch at least one.
Out2gtcha
Honestly, I pictured Tamiya eventually doing all the mainstays in 32nd, F6F, P-47, Me-109, Fw-190 and maybe even P-38. Not sure any of that will ever come to fruition, but it always seemed logical for them in my head LSP_K2 and Jan_G
chrish
I’ve given up on them releasing an LSP (for now). So now I’m buying their 1/12 motorcycles which, like their aircraft kits, are awesome RadBaron, Alain Gadbois, cbk57 and 3 others

Pup7309
So to sum up Tamiya from 2000 has done a new 1/32 aircraft kit every 4-5 years on average and they won’t be doing a 109g ?
