npb748r Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 to be honest I'm happy with that delay, I've spent my April allocation of model budget already !!! Out2gtcha and Rick Griewski 1 1
Out2gtcha Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Really looking forward to this one, but the delay is honestly not much of a surprise. I can wait!
Panzerwomble Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 One hopes the kit will not live up to Eric Browns assessement of the aircraft as "looks good , underpowered and a big disappointment . "Interview - Whirlwind discussed at 2:40 Rick Griewski 1
dennismcc Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 The delay does not bother me, I've waited years for this one. Cheers Dennis Rick Griewski 1
Reuben L. Hernandez Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Was never on my, "gotta have it", list but its new, never been done in injected molded and I don't have one. So yes, I'm in for one for sure, and by the end of the year, I'm sure I have 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of them like all my other kits. Its a sickness you know. Rick Griewski Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 April or May even... I will just go stare at my vac kit. I just Keep busy with other things; twiddle thumbs, play with my dog and build some other kit.
brewerjerry Posted March 26, 2021 Posted March 26, 2021 Hi Hopefully they are produced in house And not coming via the Suez canal Cheers. Jerry mozart, scvrobeson, Rick Griewski and 3 others 1 5
Rick Griewski Posted March 26, 2021 Posted March 26, 2021 Rumor has it that all the WNW tooling is on the ship three behind the ship blocking the canal. On its way from China and New Zealand to Revell Germany. I guess we will have to wait a bit longer for some more kits. If it ain’t a one ting it’s another ting. scvrobeson, Reuben L. Bill Watt Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 I am definitely looking forward to it. I wonder what the Typhoon that appears at 2:35 was doing? Guessing the film was shot in late 1943 while 263 Squadron was transitioning to the Typhoon. Be interesting to know for sure Rick Griewski 1
alaninaustria Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 Am very much looking forward to this release. Cheers Alan
