BloorwestSiR
Great progress and you amke vac forming look so easy. I've found a spare Tamiya canopy so let me know if you can't find one that's closer. Carl
TorbenD
Just spent a very pleasant half hour reacquainting myself with the whole tread - top notch work here Iain. I’m assuming priming the hood master with filler primer and a re-polish to rid you of that pesky seam is a no no? Does primer react with the hot plastic when vac-forming? Interested to learn. Out2gtcha
Excellent, excellent work Iain! Clear vac work has to be one of the hardest modeling feats to pull off ever IMHO. Model on! KiwiZac
Greg W
Wow Lain, incredible work here! This is a particularly good WIP. How do you position and draw such precise, straight lines on the form for the canopy? Greg Edited September 21, 2018 by GDW
dora9
So you are going for something like this? Pic taken at Duxford in 2005, I was leaving the museum at the end of the day and heard the sweetest sound on earth, the Merlin roar! Keep up the good work!
