Kotare Mk.Va Spitfires landing

Just had a ping from Hannants that the above is in stock and ready to order.

 

I realise some of you good folk are a bit 'meh' on the Va, but I'm quite keen to get my hands on a Kotare Va, b or c, so I'm quite excited!

I have been tempted to buy one just to get their poster.  I really like the box art for this one.  I also look forward to the B and C wing though

I really do hope we see releases covering the Vb and Vc - has there been an announcement I've missed?

 

Just reviewing some decals for Malta Spits - so enquiring minds want to know...

No cannons on the Va!

 

Eight .303 brownings, no 20mm Hispanos. Some pilots preferred that configuration and didn't trust the cannons, which had been quite flaky when originally introduced with the Mk.I - most notably Douglas Bader - whose mount features in the Kotare kit..

C model will be released as soon as I finish the LFD conversion.   Not a minute sooner.

Well, you never know? 

Come Oct you'll have a Vc if you don't feel like waiting.   Supposedly LFD will be offering decals and rivets for the aft fuselage.  Vokes filter and choice of prop styles are options.

Definitely waiting for the Mk.Vc version.  I may well do two of them; one for the defense of Darwin and another for the defense of Malta.  Don't want a Mk.Va.

You might be waiting awhile Kotare {Kingfisher] still have to get the K out .And seeing how they have not annoced what is next after that . The laminar flow option might be quicker bet
