Received this from JETMADS today:

Hello,

With regard to the second edition of our 1:32 JA37 Viggen project, we would like to inform you that we have started the production of the kit and we are currently 3D printing the nozzles, engine fan blades, intake ducts and the afterburner rings, later to be followed by detail blocks A, B, C, D and E, as well as the landing gear wells & doors, ladders and the tow bars.

Our production team is also busy making the moulds for resin parts and we are going to start casting some parts soon in December.

Kind Regards,

JETMADS Team

Second run getting closer....

And kit No 1 of Order No. 10647, shipped 8 Nov has arrived in N. Ireland safely with no visible damage to the external packaging.

First impressions, brilliant box and presentation and all seems OK.

But it'll have to wait till later for a deep dive to check known problem areas like the ladder, tow bar and wingtips.

Can't do it any quicker right now because replacing everything in its packing space would be like a 3-D puzzle.

Check for missing parts. Mine came minus the fuselage joining assistance bits. No drama that I can work around by making my own, but if an unimportant piece can be omitted…….
