If I was one of the lucky ones and due to get a kit soon, great! If not, and there doesn't appear to be any set schedule for the next production run, I'd just as soon get my money back. Or at least a word telling me what's going on. This from my confirmation; "You should receive a statement from PayPal mentioning: 'You sent a payment for Euro to DANNY COREMANS '. If my name doesn't show up, then you've probably made the transaction to a wrong account..." Did you get a PayPal statement Mark?
morane Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 Hi all I also placed an order within two days. I did receive payment confirmation by PayPal (you sent a payment to DACO products) but I did not receive any order confirmation from DACO. I wasn't too worried because DACO specifies in the "Payment" page that there is sometimes no confirmation email but don't worry, the order is always taken into account. I wonder if this order is well taken into account! Beyond its Christmas tree aspect, this site is not really practical. Richard
quang Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 FYI I received this e-mail from Daco on the very same day I ordered (08/09).
Andreas Beck Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 ordered and paid on Sep 7th. Paypal account confirms transfer. No confirmation from D. though twice requested (ordinary email and paypal communication channel). Must say I haven´t lost hope. Cheers be Mark_C 1
quang Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 I’ve known Danny even before he started his business decades ago. The guy is on his own. Must have his hands full with this Fouga affair. Give him some slack and be patient. Kagemusha, geedubelyer, thierry laurent and 4 others 7
thierry laurent Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 Hi guys. As Quang mentioned this is a one man business. When I got my kit, Danny had to look after my order in a big folder as he had printed each one! He does his best with a quite basic process but keeps track of the payments. So this is just a matter of days. I think he was quite overwhelmed by the buyers! Andreas Beck, Fanes, Landrotten Highlander and 1 other 3 1

quang Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 (edited) Soo many things to deal with… let’s start with the instruction sheet booklet comprising 24 A4-sized pages crammed with excellent and instructive drawings mainly in B/W with a few colour spots where needed. First the list of parts. Included is the complete version of each of 7 nations which used the Fouga: France, Belgium, Germany, Israel, Finland, Ireland, Austria with distinctive cockpits and instrument panels. Details and full colour calls are included. A sample of what’s in store… Zoukei-Mura fans will appreciate To be continued… Edited September 17, 2024 by quang Landrotten Highlander, Kagemusha, Tony T and 5 others 3 5

morane Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 I want to make it clear that I never questioned Danny's probity. He's a very nice guy with whom I was able to talk several times in Telford. I even asked him jokingly (knowing that the answer could only be negative) if he planned to decline his Fouga in a Zephyr version (marine version of the Fouga for those who don't know) With the PayPal guarantee I don't worry about my money either. My concern is not knowing if my order is well taken into account (I really like the Fouga ) Richard Mark_C 1
DACO Products Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 OK Guys, DACO / Danny here, I do feel I need to intervene a bit with a number of messages and the unnecessary fear that is created... First of all, the Fouga kits were only delivered last Friday after being released by Customs, so - with the IPMS Belgium Nationals that took place this weekend - I only started packing and shipping the orders yesterday (Monday). I can't prepare 250 kits at once for shipping - also because I have to repack them all one by one - so it happens in batches. So be patient... Regarding the orders: if you ordered before Sunday the 15th, you are in the first batch. Point other line And no, I'm not going to send everyone yet another confirmation of steps as apparently some are used to from Bol.com or Amazon or whatever. And yes, I am a one-man business, so everything is done by me and yes, some "panic emails" I don't answer because I prefer to spend my time packaging the hundreds of orders (and the admin around it)... So I hope that the panic tendency on this Forum can ease a bit. Danny thierry laurent, Tomcatfreak, wunwinglow and 8 others 5 6
