New Sikorsky Seaking coming in 1/32 and 1/35 scales

Hope it's not old news but just found this on a Facebook page. JSProducts out of Melbourne Australia  are working on what looks to be a 3D printed Seaking in multiple scale. Looks like we may get a Seaking in 1/32 scale at last. The printed stuff looks good on their page.

Looks very interesting, but I'd hate to think what a 1/32 version would cost!

My thought exactly.  Had a pipe dream that ICM would give it a shot since (I think), some of the bits from their CH-54 kit would be compatible with the Seaking.

I'd prefer injection molded as well but I'll take a 1/32 Seaking anyway I can. A nice high vis USN bird would look great.

"Mid 2024 is the target window for the CH-124 and Mk 50, followed very closely by SH-3 types, and MK3 back half of 2024. Then the list moves to the various Westland European mk's."

Those cockpit parts look extremely cool, indeed. As much as I would love to buy one, methinks it's going to be very substantial Dollar (and then some).

 

How long will it be before 3-D printed gear simply replaces injection-molded styrene?
