Rockie Yarwood
Splendid work, Jorge. I am really enjoying following along! Cheers, Rockie
oppenheimer
The fuselage camo is done, as i said previously this is an airshow Phantom with a bicentennial theme on it, so they normally are in pristine conditions, i am just adding some tonal variation to the colors so it wont look simple, it gives to a look of a slightly weathered paint or kind of dirty look Next is the wing camo and after that all the paneling work, so far none of the panel or rivets have a wash on Starfighter, Martinnfb, scvrobeson and 17 others
aircommando130
Awesomeness! Looking really good! I think that F-4 had a really glossy black radome too. I ordered the F-4E cockpit set from Red Fox...thanks for the link! Cheers...Ron Anthony in NZ
Jaro
Looking at previous steps I was a little sceptic about the painting job. But now everything looks great! Keep going! Anthony in NZ
scvrobeson
Excellent camo work! All of the earlier steps really did set it up for a great result. Can't wait to see it on the wings as well. Matt Anthony in NZ
oppenheimer
little more progress, had to fix the camo pattern on the nose to match the pattern on the real one and add the brown spot on the fuselage on top of the wing on the left side next to the trailing edge of the wing Left wing is ready, now is the right one turn jgrease, johncrow, airea and 26 others

Anthony in NZ
Really beautiful Jorge! You are a master at what you do. I love the paint effects and the real contrast between the tired camouflage and bright markings, just lovely! Is there a photo anywhere of this plane for me to compare with on the thread or did I miss it? Keep up the great work

oppenheimer
Camouflage on the F-4 is ready, next step is to finish the bottom of it, looks like the hole bottle of MRP paint will be used on the bottom, here are a few pictures of how it looks at the moment Brett M, MikeMaben, Greg W and 20 others
scvrobeson
Wow that looks good. You really did capture the difference between the faded camo and the fresh bicentennial markings perfectly. Matt
