Warbird
Hi Guys, Here is my completed Me-262. A not so easy project eventually so I'm happy it's done. This is one of the two Rudolf Sinner's aircrafts with this original camo pattern. I chose to paint it 70/82/76 to match the high color contrast that can be observed on the photos. Wheels are form Barracuda, seat from Quickboost, the rest is straight from the kit. Collin
How was this kit from a assembly perspective? I have it in the stash, sure would make a nice look in-flight model. Excellent results Tristan. Cheers Collin

alaninaustria
Outstanding in every respect!! I like how the flaps are up - true to history too as Galland once stated they started the t/o roll with flaps up and after achieving sufficient speed they deployed them prior to rotation to counter the weak thrust of the early turbine engines - starting with flaps deployed delayed acceleration due to weak thrust of the Jumos and the induced drag that deployed flaps caused. Amazing build Tristan!! What’s next up on the bench?? Cheers Alan
