geedubelyer
Looking crisp and clean Pete. Roughly how long would you spend to create panels like that? Cheers Derek B

Cheers Thanks Guy- usually takes two attempts per panel unless you get lucky. So that big one forward of the slab…about 2 hours or so P JeepsGunsTanks, geedubelyer, scvrobeson and 2 others 4

scvrobeson
Awesome metal work Pete! I almost wish that it would stay in a fantasy NMF AT-38 scheme to show your work off Matt Pete Fleischmann and Derek B 1
Pete Fleischmann
Proof of life- same thing: other side. This time; however, I had to cut the panel in two pieces to get it to fit without irrecoverably crimping. I’ll fix the seam later- P Edited May 6 by Pete Fleischmann Uilleann, LSP_Kevin, Rainer Hoffmann and 15 others

No paint, no markings, no numbers - nothing. Just two guys taxiing out in a less than elegant looking airplane. I gotta tell ya, Pete’s model looks soooooo much better. JayW
OMG - lay that thing down!!! It's literally priceless. I know about big models, but this thing is huge. When I did my 1/18 P-38, I could not do anything to it late in the build without it bumping into something. It's a miracle I finished it without breaking off more than I did. Man that thing looks like it's flirting with the sound barrier (in the vertical) just sitting there.
