GaryCN Posted February 2, 2023 Author Share Posted February 2, 2023 More interior work, and test fitting, I am a little hesitant to start gluing it because I ordered the brass gear from Aerocraft models and it hasn't shipped yet, I did get an email from Ali this morning and they may go out today. Cyber attack at UK Royal Mail slowing things down there. I may press on as the nose gear is the only questionable item. the gear assembly is step 2 most of it attaches to the floor that is part of the radio room under the cockpit but one piece attaches to the lower floor forward of the bomb bay, and completes the cockpit/nose gear assembly. Out2gtcha Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 Looks great so far! Just be careful with those Montex masks, especially if you use Future to dunk your canopies. For whatever reason, I found their masks have s sticky property that seems like it effects Future and leaves residue and/or marks on your clear parts if the masks are left on too long.
