If it is laundering, how does it work? The seller has been an Ebay member since 2016, has a good reputation and sells kits.

I'm gonna call shenanigans on this one.  Private bids, and the price is skyrocketing.  Either jokes, OP is bidding through sock puppets, or it's money laundering.  There's a less than zero chance that this is a legitimate listing.
