I’m pretty sure that the “unbuildable” comment was meant in jest.
hopefully so, just very difficult to tell sometimes

the side windows in the kit are just the clear areas with no frame around them - the frame is moulded with the fuselage sides. The complaint is that it would have been preferable if these included the frames such as was done with the Special Hobby 1/32 P-36A and Hawk 75 - it gives a cleaner ability to mask them, you are not worried about glue on the edge of the clear part, etc.
There is a bit of drama here that was not expressed by the complaint; the "complainer" also says that the kit looks fantastic and that the engineering is good aside from this point - in no point does he say it is "unbuildable" that I see - that is someone else who seems very sensitive about any criticism of the kit overreacting to his comment.
I think his point is fair that it would have been better to do these windows with the frame included but I think the horse has already left the barn so to speak and it is not going to affect my purchase of the kit....

Yeah it sure looks nice. And wow that figure looks great though I am not much into adding seated figures....

Yeah while I am extremely happy to see a new Cobra especially in 1/32 the whole release plan is a little odd and frustrating with now the Special Hobby version and then the word they are also releasing in 1/35 scale. I guess it would definitely have been better to wait to purchase till all options were on the table but it feels pretty rare that a new release is going to go this way (with so many options....)

Yes it is a nice set; agreed though you will have to be OK with the surface detail as they did it (badly wish they had gone with a lighter touch on that front...)

Others may disagree, but that looks pretty spot on to me in spite of being 1/35.
Yep - I'm going with it regardless if 1/35 - liked it so much I added another

Great news indeed! Im getting forgetful in my old age though, wasn't HPH/Infinity doing an A-20? I seem to recall that from several years back. Also, pretty sure at some point they displayed a BV-138 in process? Was that a fever dream maybe? Not trying to turn this into yet another "wish list" but I swear we have seen these other subjects well under-way by these folks but now we see Beaufighter (which dont get me wrong I am all in for) so just curious what happened to those others as well

Yep this continues to come together really well! Regarding the stainless steel tubing, nice solution there - what did you cut that with? I have some myself but cutting it has been a challenge - my usual razor saws don't do well with it and using a dremel was doable but getting a clean square cut is challenging....

RB Model 1/35 Minigun in the ICM kit (not glued yet) - I had a tough time building it but I think doing a 2nd one I would now have an easier time of it and know where there are challenges. Not sure if it scales right - even though 1/35 it may be just slightly large here....

agreed on the kit minigun being weak. For my part I picked up the RB Model 1/35 and am in the middle of losing my mind trying to assemble it
Size wise I think it may work. Just need another night to finish it.

Some aftermarket resin - not familiar with this company doing them though:

Very well done - top notch weathering and paintwork!

Yeah, I am unsure what is reasonable and unreasonable for something like this - it is a huge kit, if I recall with complete engines and everything? How many hours will it take to build? I feel in the end the entertainment per hours to complete is going to still come out pretty good at least compared to say a movie, a fancy meal, concert, etc?

wow top notch work there - the combo of the AnyZ levers on those side consoles really work great - thats some fiddly work getting those all glued on there right
