Tomas Duck
I have one older project (+/- 2 years old), which is still not finished, because I´m not satisfied with my reproduction of NMC surface. But main parts of the model is finished and I would like show you my interpretation of this parts. First step was a Packard Merlin engine with PE Eduards parts and my scratch. Kagemusha
Outstanding work, and The Enchantress is certainly one of the most attractive Mustang schemes. Martinnfb

Tomas Duck
Hi all, I have a second set for you - cockpit. Original Tamiya is besically very nice (as everything from new Tamiya´s forms), but... :-) I used Barracuda side panels, radio set and gunsight, HGW seatbelts - it must be, Eduard PE and Look dashboard. My scratchbuild is back side of armoured seat wall, frame from SCR-695 radio, APS-13 signal lamp, cables and...I don´t know what more, it´s long time ago :-) . And hours and hours reading of original plans and photos where it leads from and where it leads - it same as in work of Packard engine. scvrobeson
Now that's a fantastic start. Love the subtle dust and grime in the cockpit. Works perfectly for the Pacific. Matt Martinnfb

MikeA
Should be a warning on this thread. I opened it and got lulled by the low key start. That is some simply gorgeous detailing and painting there! That beautiful layered depth to it. Cheers, Mike Martinnfb and Citadelgrad
