easixpedro
Ok folks, FINALLY done. 20 months give or take, with some down time thrown in to work on other builds. Happy to have my own, personalized version of the other woman in my life. She'll be at Nats if you make it and you can see her in person. She won't win anything, but I doubt anyone else will have a 1/32 scale Prowler, let alone one suspended by its hook. In no particular order, some halfway decent pics... Thanks to everyone for following along. Truly appreciate all the comments and encouragement over the years! -Peter RichieB, Youngtiger1, Dragon and 31 others 33
Oldbaldguy
Jeeez! These pix look like they came right out of a cruise book! easixpedro and GreyGhost 1
JayW
I heartily congratulate you Booger. What a dynamic build you have done. You can be proud, and also not many modelers are ex-naval aviators who can model a true example with his name emblazened on it. I can still hear the roaring echoes off the walls of Cascade mountain ridges. Hawkwrench
Really great job on the prowler. I love how it's suspended in mid air coming in to catch the 3 wire. Tim GreyGhost and easixpedro 1

tomprobert
That’s fantastic - you can really sense the motion in this set up. I would love a Prowler but don’t have the skill set to do a conversion such as this. Please, Trumpeter..? easixpedro and GreyGhost
Panzerwomble
What a joy to see this hanging in mid air . It all came together , the canopy , the cockpit , everything is great . Congratulations Pete . easixpedro and GreyGhost
easixpedro
Thanks everyone--happy to have her finally done and sitting on a shelf. Please, Trumpeter..? And Tom, you of all people could bang this out easily. I'm a ham-fisted builder on my best day. You've knocked out so many 1 off kits that I'm in awe of: a) your storage space b) your wife's patience for such large models c) your ability to churn out amazing builds such as the Shackleton, the Buff and pretty much everything you make! Stromboli
Very nice build that successfully captures movement in time. easixpedro and GreyGhost 1
Out2gtcha
WOW! Really awesome man, and the tons of work put in paid off, as the sense of motion is tremendous. Well done! GreyGhost and easixpedro 1
GreyGhost
Peter, Awesome workmanship on display ..! One can feel that "The Hook" is a moment from grabbing the 3-Wire and the Prowler will slam the deck and come to a screeching halt ..! Excellent ..l ~Gregg JayW and easixpedro 1
