I have a partially finished 1:72 Gato here, uncovered, and it's dusty from stem to stern, and has a million tiny cobwebs too. I'll have to scrub it down very carefully to remove all of that garbage prior to resuming work on it; quite frustrating, as I'm planning for this year to be very productive, and in a number of different ways. This situation certainly doesn't help in those efforts. mpk
LSP_K2
Wrong scale perhaps, but a kit that I'd wanted to get for quite some time and never seemed to get around to it, (until now). Good price too, and I like that a lot. I'm already scouting for some AM for it. Gazzas, Derek B, Uncarina and 3 others
Out2gtcha
It's a nice little kit. I used this kit as decals for the oversized Trumpeter decals.....should have built this kit and thrown the Trumpy kit in the trash. dutik
Still have a set of chinese roundels, so this will become a chinese aircraft. They used a squadron in defense against the japanese invasion. Artful69
The first package arrived in my Latest series of acquisitions ... I finally snaffled the Revel boxing of the Dragon Bf.110C ... There are some markings for a B.o.B bird (the main reason for the purchase of this kit) plus the added bonus of not having to constantly compare the Dragon instructions with the errata sheet i have on standby from the last effort. And then the first couple of a series of Takom kits For a "Kursk" project ... These "Blitz" kits should do the job nicely! ... Three more packages inbound ... 2 are modelling related Rog Edited March 12, 2021 by Artful69 LSP_K2, Uncarina, dutik and 5 others
LSP_K2
I'll be interested on your take of the Takom kits, Rog. While I have some of the V2 stuff and associated equipment, I've yet to grab any of their armor kits. mpk

I built their Jagdtiger in the same series as the Panzer III kits and it went together very nicely. This was OOB with nothing added. The price was great too, less than $40 CAD when I bought it. Uncarina
Looks really nice! Do you know if they addressed the dimensional inaccuracies of the HK seat? Cheers, Tom mpk

Cheers, Tom Tom, here's the best I can do comparing the two. It's definitely not based on the kit seat and the seat pan is much shorter than the kit one. Edit: I decided to trim away some of the frames so here's a better comparison. (I have a real thing for the Jagdtiger.) mpk and BloorwestSiR

The kit seat was too long and deep. Thanks for the comparison photos. Cheers, Tom Rick Griewski, BloorwestSiR and mpk

thierry laurent
Yes. The 3d files of the seat were clearly based on TM views. So it is far more accurate than the out of proportions kit one. BloorwestSiR and mpk
panzerrob
These are my latest additions to the pile: I bought this kit with the help of the Amazon Gift Card I won with the Christmas Raffle! This very nice book will help with the build! Another win in the Christmas Raffle was this decal set! It took 3 months to arrive from the US! So this Ebay package arrrived in order to use the decals. This was included in the kit, but most likely I won't use it. If interested, let me know! Still underway from Poland are a few P-E sets for the above kits.
