IP nearly complete. Most dials are Airscale; there are a few Waldron pieces thrown in for good measure.

I decided to clean out the oil cooler exhaust vent. A lot more work than it looks!

Looks great, Bill, but touch up of those bleeds...please.

:)

Shaka - one nice thing about the camera (I think) - it shows things these tired old eyes don't necessarily see. I've got some tiny files, and it's done...

Short update: Fuselage interior is primed; a couple of light coats of RAF interior green are on. Still more to go.

Rudder pedals:

Trimmed to set height:

Trimmed again to set depth; held in place (as is the IP) with white glue.

Lots of instrument boxes, throttle quadrants, compass, etc. Tedious work this weekend!

I'm very impressed with this.  I think Bill is pushing some boundaries in taking a kit devoid of detail and adding much more to it.  Isn't this surely what the modeler's art is about??  As to whether it is visible once built, all Bill has to do is open the top hatch on the cockpit and the Observer's hatch and you'll see all this hard work.  That would be my approach.

Keep up the good work, Bill.

Cheers,

Mike
