Zotz decals is now preparing five sets of 5 profiles ea. for the Red Pill F-4B/N new kit.
Also, another set for the RF-4C in the Vietnam war.
We are finishing a set of B-26 B/C Marauders for the 1/48 ICM kit. (Wanted a 1/32 kit, maybe coming later?)
    Good times (hopefully) coming soon.
    Thanks

FYI - Heard from Ernie on LSM and Bev on FB that Harv has had a setback. He had gall bladder surgery yesterday, which went fine, but then something went wrong afterward and he coded. They got him back but he had a seizure and is now in a coma as of the last info.

So, 3 years on and this "quick build" has just been dragged off my SoD and onto the workbench, as the next in my series of airliner builds that I started but never progressed with (that said, I have at least finished the Electra, MD-80 and DC-4 builds, with a bonus YS-11 for good measure). It's sad to see that this one has been sidelined so long that we lost mpk in that time. So, I'll endeavour to complete this build in his memory.

It'll be bumpy ride, however, as this is one of Minicraft's worst kits, so stay tuned!

For those of you who don't already know, in June of 2023, we purchased all of the AMS Resin molds and product line from Harold Offield, in an effort to keep his great products available for those who want them, and as a creative outlet for some of my own designs. It's very much a side hustle for us as we are both employed with regular jobs, but if there is anything you should want from the AMS Resin line of products, please email at bnresindesign@gmail.com, and I'll do my best to get you what you need. We've kept the prices the same as Harold had them, and have already added some new products to the line, as well as remastered a couple of older products using 3D printing. I've also begun 3D printing some things on contract for a few people, so if there is something you'd like to have printed and shipped to you, let me know.

I plan to use this forum to post new products, or showcase some old ones that you might have forgotten about, so please stay tuned!

    Thanks much,

I printed the six gun nose for my HK A-26 and it looked like it will fit okay. Hopefully its okay to show link to where I posted this. Further down the page are some 500 and 1000 pound bombs for my A-26 and B-25 load outs.

First off, a bigg "THANKS" to  BiggTim for printing this part! This is the B-26 nose from Cults in 1/32.

Not sure if anyone else has tried this yet, but here's what I've found. I'm trying to gather as much as I can for a B-26K build using the Hobbyboss kit.  Disclaimer- I cannot comment on overall accuracy of the Cult part, but I suspect it is more accurate than the Hobbyboss kit, given its reputation. I do know that the gun ports on the Cult part are very much more accurately placed than on the kit part.

I know there's a B-26K thread or two here on LSP somewhere. If this more appropriately belongs in one of those, or anywhere else, mods, fire away.

The new nose is pretty close in height and width. The portion that mates to the fuselage is a sort of rounded-off square. The kit part is shaped....differently. New nose on left, kit nose on right.

Here's the new nose on the left, kit nose on the right. (Please excuse the upper left corner of the new nose...in my haste cleaning up the part, I managed to damage the resin... not a big deal, easily fixed.)

Here it is butt-fitted to the fuselage. The fuselage is angled; you can see the shadows at the top and bottom of the joint, indicating the shape difference.

Here's the kit nose matched to the new nose, mating surface to mating surface. Kit part on top, facing camera. You can see the portions of the new nose that will need to be modified to get it to fit the kit fuselage. For me, this will be a better route by far than trying to reposition those gun ports on the kit nose. If they are not perfectly placed in relation to one another, it will look terrible. Again, I can't comment on the overall accuracy of this approach, but it'll work for me.

    Hope it helps someone.

we understand the moves, what bothers us-the people who
preordered/ordered stuff is lack of communication
a simple email or at least a note on the website would've settled the
matters-we are mostly reasonable people and can wait(whoever can't-should've been

Noxie night-fighter and Wild Sow subjects interest me (in a technological way, as a student of electronic warfare) but, unlike the Gustav, the K was a standardised day machine built mostly by slave labour, so I'll pass.

Waiting for a Beaufighter VI.f once they're in their stride. So, I'll buy a Spitfire "to do my bit".

A lot of people will be really pleased by this choice of subject, I am pleased as it saves me money as I will not be buying it.
I am not a Luftwaffe fan I just do not find the subjects attractive at all, I will build one now and again just for a relaxing no stress build as with them I do not worry about accuracy too much.
But I am happy for you Lufwaffe fans and hope it is a success for Kotare as they might just go on to make kits of subjects that I would like.

    Cheers
