MikeC
As it says. http://www.wingnutwings.com/ww/product?productid=3 Glad I got one when I did! Edited February 22, 2018 by MikeC
ziggyfoos
It had been available for almost 9 years afterall. Unless someone is new to the hobby or WW1 there was ample time to buy these at least.
Rick Griewski
So if you want any of those first edition WnW kits, you might just grab one quick. It's always the same for me... No interest until the kit is gone. Rick LSP_K2 and Gazzas

Bill_S
This one never really appealed to me, but I bought one anyway.

Dave Williams
I held off for a long time, but eventually got one about a year ago. Shame they never did the Viper powered version. However, the Roden kit isn't bad, plus it was available in an Encore boxing with some resin and PE goodies. That said, it was one of WNWs first kits, so there was plenty of time for everyone who wanted one to get one. MikeC and Jolly Roger
ringleheim
When I was younger, the Se5 was one of my favorite WWI aircraft. Something happened! As I have aged, the plane has appealed to me less and less. Just recently I really studied/debated buying the WNW kit and ultimately passed. Still a nice kit though, and interestingly, it gave you the option for fuselage side panels with lots of fabric wrinkling and sag molded in. Normal flat panels were also provided if that was too funky for your taste. I don't think they have done that since, so maybe they decided it was too out of scale or something? I thought it looked cool. There have really been a lot of sell outs lately! I'm getting worried that I should buy some. This is definitely part of their business model; limit supply, increase demand, get purchases out of fear of going EOL (end of line). At least that's my theory. Hubert Boillot
Gor one, sold it off, not because it was not a nice kit, but because it was plain boring kaki ... No regret, but .... ... maybe I should have stuck to it longer and make money now that it is sold out ... ? The only WNW kit i kept in the stash is the Felixstowe. And not getting rid of it whatsoever. I still have my unfinished attempt at making something out of the Lone Star Model 1/48 vac-form kit of the F'stowe. Tnarg
You could always do Roderick S. Dallas' SE5a with the multi colored camo if khaki isn't your thing, but that one is the Roden kit version... and I have to admit that unless PC whatever number is coupled with some spectacularly cool insignia or obscure national markings, it isn't my thing either. So maybe a Polish SE5a gets you going... but the WNW kits are now gone. And while I really did like the WNW loose fabric fuselage visually, that isn't what I'd like to fly, especially when the Baron and his squadron mates are involved. I am afraid I would have been one of those 6 hour trained pilots who ended up, at best, crashed on the ground, maybe making it out alive. Or like my great uncle, a casualty of the flu in the hospital in 1918. Tnarg

Hubert Currently 8 WNW kits in my stash plus the 2 I have built, but... I agree the Felixstowe is the jewel in the crown and if you had to keep just one, that would be the one to keep. I agree the Felixstowe is the jewel in the crown and if you had to keep just one, that would be the one to keep. Which is exactly what I did...these kits are marvellous, but my tastes are more towards the « Golden Age » and early jets eras (and civilians rather than war machines bristling with guns and bombs ) Hubert Edited February 24, 2018 by MostlyRacers Tony T, MikeC and ringleheim
