Yes, but the seams are a PITA to deal with. Ask me how I know. ******* files and blue air abound.

I like using black CA and/or MagicSculpt to fill the gaps between such parts.

Rick Griewski
I have a 1/33 scale paper model kit of tie beast. The consensus between me, myself and I was that the completed model was too big. So I stopped tracking on the kit. Gazzas

petrov27
wow - looking amazing - those look like finished fiberglass (I think?) castings for the hull/fuse and wings - that seems like a major step in getting this to production
Plop
Fantastic! I will definately be getting one!
Out2gtcha
Thanks for that Jan! Definitely appears fiberglass, as some of their other very large models have been. Not sure how much this will be, but the 138 has fascinated me since I first saw it, and as much of an aversion to HpH kits as I have, I may have to have one of these.............may........ From looking at this to what appears to be CAD...........are we thinking HpH might be going with 3D printed parts VS their traditional "resin pool" method they previously employed for tiny parts? nmayhew
Gazzas
I'm going to get this even though I don't have the room for it. Just for the pleasure and experience. Even if I have to sell it later. Heck... would probably have to palletize it and build a heavy box frame around it. I just hope it comes out in time to get it onto the Christmas wish list. Rick Griewski
Thanks for posting this progress report. The finished kit is still too big for the space I have. I am planning for the Felixstowe as my last gigantic (wife’s opinion) model kit. Gazzas

nmayhew
Such a cool looking aircraft and then I remember that I follow a very talented modeller building the Me410 on FB and f******ck me it’s a dog. so absolutely no chance unless they are pretty much giving it away firefly7 and Out2gtcha

Honestly, have multitude of HpH kits, but yet never actually having finished a single one...... I'm still getting one because I love the 138 so much.
