Ajak
Hi! In an almost suicide attempt I decided to start this build. It has a simple goal - finish the kit as quick as possible, purely out of the box. Wish me success! I was having problems adding my own pictures, I hope I'll figure it out very soon! rafju, Alain Gadbois, Dany Boy and 5 others
Ajak
Nothing special, just a proof that I really jumped on this race: Edited December 7, 2019 by Ajak RLWP, Kagemusha, LSP_Kevin and 4 others
LSP_Kevin
Welcome to the forums, sir! You've really set yourself a tight deadline with this one, but I'm looking forward to seeing how you get on. Kev Out2gtcha

chrish
Will be nice to follow this build even if it doesn’t make the deadline, an interesting twin engine subject to be sure!
Out2gtcha
Good luck! I have the kit, and like the aircraft very much. The only suggestion I can make is if you are going OOB, you will need to re-enforce the main landing gear a bit. I will most certainly splay after a time when assembled with the weight of the model. Looking forward to progress!
Ajak
Thanks guys!, Yes I heard that the landing gear is not very robust, to say the least, I'll need to think a while how I will go about it. Maybe some brass rods - Albion Alloys - would do the job? The pictures above where from the last week to be honest, this is today's status: Engines are ok-"ish" , I'm taking shortcuts, that's for sure, but not so much of this gear will be visible under the hood anyway: Azgaron, johncrow, rafju and 5 others

Ajak
Is this (a) plane, that I'm seeing, is this (a) plane, that I've been waiting for ... Pictures are horrible, I know. I hope this Cessna won't be :-) Edited December 23, 2019 by Ajak Dpgsbody55, johncrow, Landrotten Highlander and 10 others
