FunkyZeit Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 AMAZING! What are you using in the wheel bay for the connector ends? Justin Fancherello and Martinnfb 2
Fancherello Posted May 9, 2019 Author Posted May 9, 2019 Thank you Justin, these connectors are cut in brass tubes ( Albion Alloys brand ) Fanch Martinnfb and FunkyZeit 2
adameliclem Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Consider my head well and truly spun around, Fancherello. What you're doing is extraordinary. Adam Fancherello and Martinnfb 2

Fancherello Posted May 26, 2019 Author Posted May 26, 2019 Hello I've been back at my B&W project and the Corsair's engine is now ready to get its exhausts. I eventually put stripped the ignition crown and reworwed it with Anyz connectors, spark plugs and braided wire. I used some connectors for the magnetos. no cheat with colors ! bye Fanch shadowmare, LSP_Kevin, brahman104 and 10 others 13
LSP_Kevin Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Wow! Just like I said on Facebook, Fanch: this is staggeringly good, and probably the most realistically detailed 1/32 scale engine I've seen. I would love to see you do this in colour! Kev Granger Davis, Fancherello and Martinnfb 2 1
Fancherello Posted May 26, 2019 Author Posted May 26, 2019 Thanks a lot Kevin, much appreciated ! Who knows maybe i'll find the time and energy to build my 1/32 F4U-7 Corsair and conversion !! And I promise that one will be full colored ! Bye Fanch Greg W, LSP_Kevin and Martinnfb 3
chuck540z3 Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Fanch. I am in awe of that engine, which doesn't happen very often with me, despite the many top notch offerings in this Forum. Just Wow! This is an 11/10. Cheers, Chuck Martinnfb and Fancherello 1 1
Neo Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Omg until i saw you thumb in one of the picture i thought you where simply taking black and white photos of your build.... Dam thats some solid work there Martinnfb and Fancherello 2
Thunderbolt Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Amazing. I didn't know you could simulate braided hose in that scale. Fancherello 1
brahman104 Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Incredible! Your ignition harness and cylinder guides are beyond next level! Chuck is right, got to be one of the best engines I've ever seen.... Craig Fancherello 1
Fancherello Posted May 26, 2019 Author Posted May 26, 2019 Thank you VERY much for your kind words, guys. Much appreciated. Bye Fanch
