Miloslav1956
Sorry, In this building is not used any fuselage of GMF, but plastic, the kit Hasegawa!
Bruce_Crosby
My point was you need to modify the cowl flaps so that all sections are open. I was only telling you how I did the conversions.

LSP_Ray
Good reference, D! I always thought the D-11 and D-13 were virtually identical, too!
Troy Molitor
There is a distinct picture of the instrument panel of the D-11 in a fantastic end of the war GI photo collection book called L.O.S.T. I hope perhaps someone also has this book and maybe can share this picture with us. For the D-11? I can have my son try and dig this out for us if he’s “up to it”. Great subject and looking king forward to this build. Troy RBrown and Alain Gadbois

Micke D
Yes, the museum didn’t do the best paint job... The painter had not studied how german aircraft was painted... D.B. Andrus, RBrown and D Bellis

Just another example of why it is best to use period documentation for reference, NOT restorations. Also, and I'm sure you already know this, but the propeller spinner on the museum example is a substitute - not an actual D-13 spinner. D Edited October 29, 2018 by D Bellis RBrown, D.B.
