Bill_S
Bend. Cut. File. Fit. File. Fit. File. Solder. Fit. File. Repeat. Fourteen times. Then comes the opposite side. Fourteen more times. This is almost like work! Edited April 17, 2018 by Bill_S BradG, Alain Gadbois, Daniel460 and 4 others

Hubert Boillot
This is absolutely great. Love the attention to detail on the engine exhausts and collector ring. Plenty of ideas to lift for other projects. Hubert Edited April 10, 2017 by MostlyRacers Bill_S

Bill_S
Actually, Big Texan - it's 3/64" (0.047 in/ 1.19 mm) brass rod. It bends easily without annealing, cuts and files nicely, and the solder is much more durable than trying to use CA. The master for the second set: In situ: And a little jig for production... Bill_S
JB Weld to attach exhaust pipes. I don't want those things to fall off after I get things sealed up. It's rare that I use my Dremel tool, but an abrasive cutoff wheel is probably the best way to go...
