ericg
Some more work before I head off and do my 8 sectors over the next 24 hours. (a tongue poke to the A380 guys that hang around on this thread.) I primed the two cockpit sidewalls. Starting to look OK. I will copy these in resin and then further refine the resin parts before recopying them. A small detail that I felt would add to the cockpit tub was the map pocket on the left side. I made this from Tamiya Epoxy putty, and then shaped it with a toothpick. johncrow, red baron, Starfighter and 8 others

Nillus
8 sectors in 24 hours? Don't do that many in 24 days. Beautiful craftsmanship, Eric.
ericg
So, my favorite part of modelling is making my multi part masters into one single part, poured from 2 liquids mixed together in the fascinating process known as resin casting. I immersed each of the sidewalls and the rudder actuator fairing in some moulding silicone: A few moments later and these came out in glorious resin! Lets see if they fit into my almost complete cockpit: The new rudder actuator fairing with the scratch built actuator. jgrease, airscale, blackbetty and 10 others
