That engine looks horrible. It's so bad that I will take pity on you and send you the engine from my kit so you can try again. Just be sure to pack this one very well so nothing breaks and send it to me ;-)

Thank-you Doug. I know, I know, I shouldn't have posted pics of something soooo awful but I wanted to show I was making progress be it what it may. I'll need your full mailing address so I can get it out of the house as soon as possible. :whistle:

Thanks Guy, LOL! The engine will be finished as soon as I remove the weathered and textured forceps. Actually after looking at a couple of pics of completed DVIIs I've decided that the lines running from the air pump needed to be added as they are clearly visible even with all the cowl panels on. Just a little more work.
