Jan Goormans
hi guys, finished this one after rescuing it from the shelf of doom.I used Kits-World decals for this P-47. Painting as usual with Tamiya and Gunze acrylics, weathering with oil paints. Out2gtcha
Wow, that is PUUUUUUUUURTY!! I love the overpaint D-Day stripe uppers. Im not sure Ive seen one like that before. Question for you............Im no expert on colors or insignia colors, but is are the Stars and Bars supposed to be that light of a blue? Either way, it takes nothing away from a fabulous looking model.

Guest Peterpools
Jan One good looking Jug! Terrific work on the build and cammo. Agree with Brian that the Star and Bar's blue is a bit too light. I often wonder how a manufacture can get them wrong with so much info available  Peter
