Birthday present.    Now all I need is a new IM LSP of this plane.

Hopefully I may be able to find more books on Italian WW2 planes, as I have very little info on them in my library.

Cheers,

Michael

Not heard of that before, certainly on the purchase list.

Got my copy of the Tunnan kit as well as a set of canopy masks:

Dunno if you know about this but the Tunnan was a russian design. Look:

Well, we know about the russian urge for peacekeeping missions, hence the UN markings. Indeed.

Nice glitch of the box design. The inscription is all around the box, but taped over in the most places with the correct designation :D

Got this from a Polish Ebay store yesterday:

But the model really isn't what I'm posting about this morning.

Rather, "Exito" placed a "goody" in the box, the treat-looking package in front of the model.

The contents were some sort of, well, caramel-looking material, slightly soft, honey-colored and a tad translucent.

Before consuming any of the material, I decided to get the wording translated.

"Dziekujemy" means "Thank you," and "Mitego sklejania" means "mythical gluing!"

And, no, I didn't eat any!

And yet more kit purchases. Why I continue to buy more is a complete mystery to me, as I already have plenty.

Why? This is probably a minor type of hoarding disease of some sort. No worries old age fixes the problem eventually.

I keep my problem in check with storage restrictions.  I just bought 3 new Bf-109e kits so 3 others have to go. No one wants them so off to the thrift store they go.
