kkarlsen
Sooo, back to the bench. Sorry for the delay, I've been busy preparing some projects for our local danish scale modelling contest AROS 2018, last weekend. But as promised I am going to do another Arado Ar 234. This time it's gonna be the production 'Fernaufklärer' B-2 (no bombsight, but with camera's) The Fly kit for this build The aftermarket parts... (Nothing was really needed for the Arado prototype) I'm not planning to make it any easier this time. I plan to do a very detailed model, showing some of the particulars of this early jet. 1) As this was a long distance photo reconnaissance aircraft (Fernaufklärer), the camera bays will be detailed (RB 50/30 AIMS) 2) Visible Jumo engines, (Sprues of the Jumo engines from Trumpeter) 3) Panels for the fuel cell's, oil tank and autopilot will be opened up. 4) The brake chute and container unmounted. 5) Additional panels removed to show the rudder mechanism etc... kkarlsen
Thanks Juraj, its been a while... First all the planned openings, the camera bays, the fuel cells and the middle panel with the oil tank and autopilot. Cutting into the engine nacelle... Slowly fitting some of the scratched parts... I just love this part of a build ;-) Cheers: Kent Edited September 25, 2018 by kkarlsen chukw, Trak-Tor, Chris Wimmer and 14 others 16
