aircare84
Hello, My first post here. Been building on & off for the past 30 + years. Used to focus on 1/48 WW2 Luftwaffe, but age & eyes have forced me to transition up to 1/32nd scale. This is my fist completion for this year, a Revell 1/32 Bf-109 G10 in the markings of 'Red 7' of 14./JG 301, using EagleCals decals. Painted with White Ensign Models enamels, my first time using that brand as my stock of Xtracolor finally ran out. I added scratch built details, Quickboost control stick, Revi 16 gunsight & HGW seat belts to the cockpit. Added Barracuda prop, spinner & oil cooler. Added Quickboost exhaust. Added scratch built MLG brake lines, antenna & canopy support wire. I did not correct the upper gun troughs. Light weathering was added with panel lines wash, pastels for exhaust & silver pencil for paint chipping. Kit went together very well & I am pleased with the completed build. Hope you enjoy & thanks for looking. mywifehatesmodels, MikeC, Aluxe and 12 others

mywifehatesmodels
Excellent work! I love the camo demacration lines. you can't tell if it's soft edge, hard edge, done with a mask, freehand, or all of the above. Perfect!
