dodgem37
Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments. I really appreciate you good words. I decided to omit the Future and flat coated everything before assembly. There was an awful lot of clean-up. I don't know where all of that fuzz came from. Maybe my paper painting surface has too much rag content. I'll have to look into that. Anyway, the Gun Bays cleaned up and flat coated. Starboard Green. Red handle was enhanced with a coat of Future. Still some clean-up to do on the panels I see. Port Red. I'm still plugging away at the cockpit area. The above took quite a while to clean up. Cockpit isn't any different in that regard. Thank you for stopping by and your generous comments. Sincerely, Mark TaffyMan, monthebiff, Rick K and 8 others

dodgem37
Thank you, thank you, thank you all for your looking in and your wonderful compliments. I've been working to get the cockpit together. Everything has been flat coated and where wanted over coated with Future. Red brushed with an over coat of Future. Finished off aluminum canopy guide rail at top. Repainted aluminum, finished off canopy guide rail, enhanced red with an over coat of Future, had to trim wires and rod to accommodate seat armor back. Will fix aluminum creep at bell. I see I have to re-paint the oxygen hose. Lost Tamiya detail decals to basement water damage. Airscale I.P. decals located to back on a drop of future. I see I have a bit of re-alignment to do. Red and green enhanced with an over coat of Future. Added a cable to gun sight knob. Other side. Leather is 2 parts Burnt Sienna, 1 part Flat Black. Aluminum rod with green dots on floorboard: Oxygen line. Decals have dots of Future on them. Over painted aluminum, red painted with Future. Other side. Battery area. Needed to make new bulkhead frame behind fuel pipe. Over painted aluminum. That's all for now. A few more later. Thank you for looking in and your generous compliments.
