I guess Italeri brings us an ADV Tornado in 1/32. If you have a look at the kit parts and the break down of the parts, an ADV is possible.
I asked Italeri many time but no response yet

Zactomodels is now open again and it's good to be back!

During our move last year I injured my right shoulder. After months of living with it, I finally had it checked. I was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff, but it turned out to be really bad bursitis with bone spurs.
The MRI was excruciating because I had to hold my neck cranked to the side. A week later my neck was aching, my left arm began falling asleep and my left thumb tip was completely numb. I went almost 2 months like that before I found a chiropractor that was able to help.
I was almost healed but kept re-injuring myself doing small tasks. Spending almost two weeks in bed with COVID was just what my body needed to recover. Another couple of weeks to take care of things and now I'm ready to go!

My apologies to those who have had emails go unanswered. I've done my best to reply to anything related to orders that were placed, but skipped almost everything else...

No new products for a while. While the casting area is temporarily set up (still in the dining room and not the garage), my office/modeling room is in-progress.

The new home is quite a drive from the Post Office, so orders will be shipping on Mondays and Fridays only.

UK is still blocked from purchasing due to VAT regulations. Does anybody know of any small business that has successfully signed up for VAT or found a way around this?
EU can order but you'll have to pay your own VAT when your package arrives.
Australia and New Zealand are both back after COVID restrictions.
Russia and Ukraine are blocked from ordering due to the war.

AIM-9X Sidewinder is in limbo until I can get more MV Lenses (or find a replacement).

F-16 MCID (large mouth) intake will not be available until after the garage/shop is up and running and I re-engineer the mold.

I will be doing a short run re-release of the Revell MiG-29 correction and combo sets in the near future. I'll be casting sets until the current molds wear out and then it's gone. Contact me if you are interested in reserving one.

Su-27 and A-7 canopies are not available, but I do plan to re-release them early next year after moving my shop to my garage, even if the parts aren't "Perfect" (I've realized I was too much of a perfectionist when rejecting minor flaws).

    Hi Ali,

The Kitty Hawk Mirage 2000C single seater has a stupid issue. KH actually only measured a two-seater 2000 and thought both planes had the same length! So, they overextended the front fuselage of the single seater at windshield level. This means the two-seater kit has a correct length part whereas the single-seater part is too long. A copy of the two-seater windshield part and simple fuselage cut can solve that on the 2000C model. So, I'm wondering if you would consider releasing a resin copy of the two-seater part to correct the other kit? This could be a quick win!

    Cheers

The thing with these books is that it is really fun to make them. We do these books after our daily work and we sometimes have to pinch ourselves at what we can do. Like standing on top of a Strike Eagle (and almost falling off when making photos), or talking to someone (sometimes very young) flying them. You can't but be amazed by them.

Here are a few more samples of the upcoming books:

Hint: Look closely at the lay-out of the Strike Eagle on the left page...

Although the main gear doors are always closed on the ground, we had an opportunity to photograph it completely:

The B-1B is a huge jet to photograph. In this book, we show it from all angles and in many different settings:

Dear fellow LSP'rs, I'm proud to announce our next two books in the Duke Hawkins Series. Although we started just 5 years ago (and considering that we make these books after our daily work), these are already our 31st and 32nd book. What started as a little book on the Jaguar has gotten a little out of hand, but it sure is fun. We got to know many interesting people, visit bases in many countries and support several restoration projects. So to those of you that have already bought one of our books: thank you. I hope we can continue the series and inspire modellers and aviation enthusiasts.

For these two books we got very lucky in being allowed to visit USAF bases, both in the US and in Europe. Here's a little more info on the new books:

    DH-026 - F-15E Strike Eagle

This is one of the most extensive books we've done so far. This is a 196 page book showing everything of the Strike Eagle: fuselage, landing gear, wings, arrestor hook, tails, ... It includes a 20 page chapter on the jet's cockpit, a chapter on the aircraft in maintenance and a large amount of spectacular photos of the aircraft in action. We were fortunate enough to be welcomed at RAF Lakenheath by the 492nd FS, the Madhatters, of which the flight crew actually wear bowler hats when they aren't in their jets! This book contains over 450 photos. Some interesting details came to light when making this book that are often missing in kits. And we were able to photograph some weapons loads that will surprise quite a few.

    DH-027 - B-1B Lancer

This too is a big book, with over 400 photographs in 180 pages. And during our visits to Dyess AFB and Ellsworth AFB, we got really close to the awesome jets. Again, every detail of the aircraft is included in this book, from the tip of the nose to the aft part of the fuselage. We take you into the cockpit, show you the three bomb bays, get you close to the huge main gear and take a trip into the maintenance hangar. We even show the loading mock-up at Ellsworth, where weapons loaders are trained. Nothing is overlooked, even the sniper pod, engines out of the jet and loading 'jammers' are shown in detail. The action photos are impressive too, including some photos of the jet flying low level in Wyoming. This book might inspire to bring those 1/48 scale B-1Bs out of your stock!
These two books will be available in the second half of November 22. The book on the MiG-29 has also been reprinted and we have included some photos of Ukrainian Fulcrums.

We hope to continue the series and will try to release at least one more book by the end of the year, making it a busy year with 9 new books published.

    Nic

Yes very much to some small jets, but given ICM's distinctly understandable anti-Russian sentiments (even the red stars are missing or obscured on the Yak-9 boxings) I don't think we'll get a MiG anytime soon, though I'd love them to do an accurate Fishbed series — it'll sell like hot cakes and fits ICM's current Vietnam War groove.
Just imagine: an accurate 1/32 MiG-21PF and -21PFM, followed by an MF etc. The most mass produced supersonic jet fighter ever. I'd even settle for a -21F-13 and Chengdu J-7 series.
