Great job Pete.

You've disguised the discrepency in length of the Aires tub to perfection.

Thanks for showing how it can be achieved. I've taken notes. :)

Thanks Guy-

the “Eagle”-eyed folks will notice that the distance from the rear bulkhead of bay 5 to the oval opening on the rear deck is too long…but it is what it is…that’s modeling!

cheers

For an "F-16 guy" you are making this F-15 cockpit look spectacular - very impressive

I am certainly also taking a lot of notes - I will be making an F-15DJ Aggressor from a Tamiya F-15C rear end put behind a modified Tamiya F-15E front end. I am planning to build an F-15 Baz from the leftover parts. This build is like hitting a modelling gold mine ;)

Thanks Niels- appreciate the kind words!

F-16 guys love to make fun of the Eagle drivers. (It all started with Kadena )

I admire the IAF for how they employ their Eagles- basically flying them like

F-16’s. Might not be able to resist hanging a few bombs on this one..which would be sacrilege for a USAF F-15A/C

cheers

Thanks for that...I needed a good chuckle this morning!

Brilliant work BTW. Your cockpits are always spot on (like you've spent a life time in them...). Between you and Peter Castle, I'm giving us Peters a bad name.

I know you can relate to this-

every cockpit has a “smell”

The T-37 smelled like vomit

The T-38 smelled like sweat

The AT-38B smelled like fear, sarcasm and ridicule

The F-16 smelled like victory

If I can evoke a cockpits “smell” in my work; then I feel like I’ve made my contribution to modeling.
