  1. I think I've flown that EXACT 320 a couple of times. Ex-America West bird and a "turd" at that. It isn't a requirement at AA to land w/the AT engaged. The "retard" call is just a reminder for the idiot flying to bring the power to idle. Most guys do land w/the AT active. Just technique tho. Having a HUD in an airliner make the pilot a "HUD cripple"
  2. PF — I got my bird back home! 1982 Nanchang CJ-6A. 100% made in China!
  3. THIRD! And I'll add school house/sim training. Didn't get home until 1am last night.
  4. Not off the top of my head, but I'll ask the person who knows.
  5. What PF said. And yes, I owe him a ride. Marchetti S-211. Italian built w/only 16 in the states out of 60 built for Singapore, Philippines, and believe it or not Haiti.. Victory Aviation out of Denton TX. Those two airplanes are ex-Singapore AF.
  6. Gonna just slide right on in… My life is trashed now. Thanks PF!
  7. The 14 had one job...shoot down bombers and cruise missiles.
  8. He did. He was training to fly the airplane.
  9. Grateful that our friends are safe. An unfortunate loss of such an amazing machine. Cheers to N23UB
  10. If getting struck by lightning, about to drown, and getting arrested were a pic!
  11. Nice detail in that well. Radar desiccant, ASP panel, and the switches on that ASP panel. It looks like it's all there.
  12. For such an awesome aftermarket pit, they sure did a piss poor job w/the fit.
  13. PF, I'm real interested on how that fuselage closes up around that aires pit. I have one and the pit doesn't line up right at all. Stopped me dead in my progress. https://imgur.com/a/fKG7aEg Big gap between the turtle back and bulkhead.
  14. That handle on the lower right hand side of the instrument panel that you have yellow and black (it’s just grey) is the JFS start handle. A cable runs from the handle to the accumulator manifold. First pull is like start 1 on your switch. Turn CCW and pull is similar to start 2 on the viper.
  15. No battery sir. JFS starts off of accumulator press w/a handle pull.
  16. Cab Press Reg. The only battery is inside the INS.
  17. Are you building an "A" or early "C"?
