Tolga ULGUR Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Hi again, Here is my recently finished 1/32 Trumpeter P-47D 22 with the markings of “Belle of Belmont” from 63rd FS / 56th FG in Boxted. Note that this Thunderbolt has Curtiss Electric propeller though it is D22. Cockpit enhanced with Yahu instrument panel and Eduard seatbelt I have used Barracudacast main wheels and Eduard tail Wheel. Paints are Gunze Sangyo acrylics Decals are from “Kagero P-47 Thunderbolt with the USAAF- European Theatre of Operations” book. Happy Modelling Dpgsbody55, dennismcc, Fanes and 19 others 22

ringleheim Posted June 3, 2022 Posted June 3, 2022 What a beast! These planes are so big and tough looking. The model looks wonderful. I especially love the restrained paint chipping along those panel lines...it's all nicely in scale. Paintwork overall is great! Tolga ULGUR 1
