denders
Contemplated using this for the Cold War Jets GB but changed my mind. The blue and gray camo had caught my eye. But the Hellenic units are very colorful too. Anyone built this? Are the kit landing gear sufficiently strong? I see that there is a set of metal gear available. denders
There is a Wings and Wheels Publication on the Hellenic AF Buckeyes. It is a great set of walkaround photos.

Oldbaldguy
I built this kit a couple of years ago when I was binging on red and white jets. Best I remember, it went together with minimum fuss and bother. Fit was good but there were a LOT of little parts to deal with. Almost no aftermarket parts but you really don't need any. Struts are fine and support the model well even with a good bit of weight in the nose. It's a bit unique and I think well worth the time. denders
Out2gtcha
Sit of the cockpit and the intakes are what I remember personally. Not sure how relatable that is, but I remember the intakes being a bit of a bear. denders
denders
Well, its started. Steps 1 thru 7, although it needs some paint and the instrument panel decals. Onward. BradG, johncrow, Rockie Yarwood and 11 others

denders
Funny you should ask! Finally had time to finish some filling on the underside of the fuselage and she has wings now. I need to fill at the wing roots and the horizontal stabilizer. I'm going to finish it with the canopy closed so there's a bit of work there before primer and paint.
