"The Star of Africa" - Hans-Joachim Marseille's Do-335 A-2/Trop - Yellow 14

Funny, out of all the pics I saw with it, I never saw it actually mounted!

Stupidly I just figured it looked like the glass should go forward

Fortunately the site is fairly accessible after masking, I'm thinking there is a fair chance of being able to correct it, but it's not going to easy with that wiring hooked up.

I really let myself go on the gizmilogy aspect of this build with the what-if nature of it all.

I went on-call for work yesterday, so have not had a lot of time to proceed on paint for the big Dornier.

Some have noted that a black base may not be the thing for a bleached out desert bird in heated (literally & figuratively) combat, but I think it may help break up all that RLM 78.

I DO plan on fading the top of the craft for sure.

The issue atm is that there are a LOT of parts to paint, and I want some substantial time to knock out the base layer. I think it will also help point out any flubs I made in re-scribing too.
