Menelaos
south Vietnam also had the A/B as far I know. Many of them captured by the communists
dutik
I missed Indonesia, Bahrein, Sudan, Yemen, Honduras and Chile as F-5E users. Philippines only used A/B variants. Here we go again: 3 US Forces Brazil Mexico Honduras Chile Ethiopia Kenya Sudan Bahrein North Yemen Jordan Iran Saudi Arabia Tunesia Morocco Greek Switzerland Netherlands Norway Soviet Union South Korea Malaysia Singapore Taiwan South Vietnam Vietnam 28 Air Forces now. Tony T
I remember Microscale doing a Philippines sheet for the Freedom Fighter. Quite tasty in aluminium finish and their unique markings. Looking forwards to the TANMODEL editions. Tony edited Edited March 12, 2017 by Tony T
Tony T
Like this one. Would love to do it again in 1/32 scale... Tony Out2gtcha
Lee White
.... just slightly annoyed that the 1/48 RF-101C and F-101B never happened. Everything interesting from Kittyhawk seems to sink without trace. At least the Mirage may be more than that - more than another illusion. aircommando130
Thailand flies the F-5E/F as well! Mekong and Coke will make you see some crazy things but I'm sure the F-5's were real!! LOL! David66 and dutik
Tony T
Glen has these pics on their FB page as box art photos Thanks Lee. I don't do Facebook any longer so would not see these. Wonder how old are these box arts? Kittyhawk's release sequence remains bafflingly unintelligible. I could use both in 1/32 but will buy the envisaged 1/48 offerings if they are in fact released. LSP_K2
I really like that F-101B box art. I'll have to snatch one when they're released. I have the Monogram kit, and while it's OK, a new kit of it, might be a real plus. Tony T
Tony T
I already have Caracal decals for the F-101B with the Texans options. Really hankering after a 66th TRW RF-101C from Upper Heyford, ca. 1968 Tony LSP_K2

dutik
A and B variants only. E was considered for replacement, but F-18 was choosen. @aircommando130 Quite right. Thailand was/is an operator. Regards - dutik

alaninaustria
Damn, I would be all over that Voodoo if it came out in 1/32 scale!! In Canadian markings of course!! Cheers Alan LSP_K2
Tony T
Spain? Freedom Fighter operators... Greece Holland Norway Spain Turkey Philippines Republic of South Vietnam South Korea Taiwan Thailand Botswana Ethiopia Iran Libya (¿) Morocco Canada USAF Venezuela That should be enough to sell a few Tanmodel F-5A/B kits, when it comes alongside the company's T-38 Tony SharkOwl
