Here is my latest model, depicted as it would have looked 97 years ago in World War One. Approx. 5 weeks construction time spaced over 2.5 years.

 

Additions:

 

Gas Patch turnbuckles/brass tube ends.
EZ Line rigging
Masking tape to depict the intake manifold heat protection.
Aviatic Lozenge decal.
Uschi Woodgrain decal.

 

I wanted to capture the contrasting wood, wire, leather and fabric components of the model hence the harsh lighting taken in direct sunlight. I hope it looks real enough this way.

What a superb model! Looks fantastic! I cannot get along with all that rigging when I try to build WWI aircraft, that looks like you have put a lot of hard work into this build. Very well done indeed!
