Uncarina
Correlation does NOT imply causation...having written that, all of Tamiya's WWII 1/32 subjects are in "The Great Book of WWII Aircraft" (https://www.amazon.com/Great-Book-World-War-Airplanes/dp/0517160242) and none are not. The book only covers twelve aircraft. Cheers, Tom Edited October 14, 2017 by Uncarina Rick Griewski

DeanKB
It might be that the book & Tamiya have independently decided that, in an attempt to garner the most sales, they both chose the most popular airframes?

DeanKB
For one coffee-table type book covering all WWII aircraft, this one is pretty good: https://www.amazon.com/Complete-Book-World-Combat-Aircraft/dp/8880956884/ref=sr_1_16?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1508001699&sr=1-16&keywords=world+war+2+aircraft
David Hansen
It's a great book; i had the big bound volume, and some of the individual titles for many years. Beautiful artwork and line drawings. Not sure how accurate they were but.... those big F6F illustrations had a powerful effect on me. -d- LSP_K2, Uncarina, Jack and 2 others
