  • The fact that all picures of that aircraft show the same side is, by itself, an argument in favor of the "one side" option.
  • Some of these pictures would be better exposed (to the sun) if the other side was photographed.
  • Drawings/nose art in general are more often one-sided than two-sided

I'd say that likelihood of the one-side hypothesis is greater.

Well. I thought of that.

Pictures of the same side are a clue not an evidence! Same thing for the probability of symmetry or the easiness to take a picture.

As I wrote there is no evidence, just assumptions.

I am not sure the snakes had red spots. Shouldn't red show darker in the old black and white film? The patches appear pretty light colored; perhaps brown is closer?

Not sure either but this depends on the red and the types of used film. Again, we can only make hypothesis. The only thing I'm sure of is the difference of colour or hue.

Snake or no snake .

There was a point in time that their was no snake painted yet.

So painting  with or without is both correct.Just my opinion.

It's not really nose art, it's more of an attention getter. An obvious distinction from other a/c or squadron.

No proof of either so a perfect excuse to break out your artistic license.

Here , in case you don't already have one ...

Hey Peter, Did you ever see if you could turn this into 1/32? I'd sure love a set for my old 1/32 Revell Stuka taht I've been itching to build.

Thanks!

Harry

When will we get a decent ju87b in 1/32- Kotare, Airfix, anyone? - not you TrumpyBoss!

Awwww but why not? I have a stupid question[ what else is new]. Seeings that most of the canopy frames are on the inside , how does one replicate this? I'm open to any suggestions and yous guys are the ones to ask . I have the Hasegawa D model but I don't know much about Stukas, so I haven't started it yet.
