duke_ Posted April 9, 2023 Author Share Posted April 9, 2023 (edited) thanks Mike! so, with all the cylinders and pushrods placed in the crankshaft , the BMW 801 is starting to take shape.. Everything is painted with Alclad shades Next step is placing the ignition harness photo etched part and connecting the spark plugs.. (although i am not a big fan using photo etched parts for cables..) i need to place 18 more rods between the cylinders. .. more progress... and the exhaust painting thanks ! duke_ Posted April 9, 2023 Author Share Posted April 9, 2023 (edited) thanks Kevin! ..engine nearly done . some more shots.. regarding the wiring at the back of the engine block, not much detail has been given so far, since i will deal with it when the time comes and have studied the manuals .. (thanks again Marco!) there is also one container missing that must be placed in the specific socket on the right thanks for watching!
