This looks great, the XIV looks ever so powerful just sitting there, I built one years ago using the original Warbirds conversion and a Hasegawa Mk. V and I still have the PCM kit in the stash. Looking forward to more progress.

   What's taking some time is that we've dumped the Tamiya cockpits and creating our own..times 2 takes a while..few days and we'll be back.

Notice all the elevators on parked birds are in the down...have to remember that. And the ailerons are much shorter as well..more work.

Yes indeed, also the kicked out trim tab on the rudder and beaten prop. blades as you mentioned last time. Another interesting thing is that blotchy patine/wear on the surface and mess around the main fuel tank.
