Warbird Posted June 30, 2016 Author Share Posted June 30, 2016 Thanks all, appreciated! Jim, the leading edge waves pattern was drawn and then sprayed freehand with my airbrush. Although the location is indeed a bit tricky, this is not super hard to achieve provided the airbrush is well adjusted and loaded with properly thinned paint. Regarding the paints I used the Gunze range, i.e rlm76 (as it is), modified rlm82 (darker) and rlm81 (darker, browner and with a touch of violet).
