richdlc
I guess the thread title gives the game away a little...my next project will be a Vietnam-era B-26K Counter Invader! I picked this up from Tigger at Telford, and tonight I made a start - simple cutting out of the various bits. I'm going to use the fuselage, wings, engine pods, nacelles and tailplanes. One or two other bits will be needed...the rest will be scratchbuilt. Am going to go for as much interior and exterior detail as possible. KOTR
Watch this space! You bet I will! The Invader is on my short list, too, even though mine will be an executive variant - either an On Mark Marketeer or a Monarch

fastzx
Rich, My Uncle was navigator bombadier on Korean War Night Invaders Convoy busting at night through valleys strung with steel cables. They used infra-red night vision to stop the convoys. I'm certainly looking forward to your Viet Nam COIN build though. Im sure you will do it justice. scvrobeson
This is going to be awesome! Looks like you're never one to take the easy way in kit building. Is the base kit a B-26K, or do you need to convert it to fit? Matt
