  1. Here are a list of his ""shops"".......... *internet hobbies *military models depot *model ship depot *model airplane depot *model railway depot *hobby wheels *model hobbies (Parent company???) Thus far this is all I have found. I filed with his states Attorney Generals office...they contacted him.....he called me. I listened to his semi-rant via cell phone mail box ...Think he's, well, needs help....rambled one, blamed me cause I couldn't wait.....said he was going to refund money which I have yet to see.......I also filed with the FCC who governs the internet.....next step is to file with the Federal Trade Commission.....His game could get him in jail.........then my states Attorney Generals office.......... Already talked to my bank, they said they could and would fix it.
  2. Seems I ran across a few, but that was 10-15 years ago.......I'll see if I can find them to get suppliers name......... In the mean time, here's what I've used..........Go to cigarette counter at grocery store, or a Walmart gas pump station, etc, etc, check local stop n shop...anywhere the sell cigarettes. Look for/ask for roll your own cig ""Papers""....Very thin white paper.....you can draw your map on it color them.....you can make them look pretty convincing
  3. Well, lets get our terms right.......Wing tip nav lights are on all aircraft and boats/ships/etc.(onStarboard, Red Port).....The 3 underwing lights on the Starboard wing are to signal the ground troops, IIRC.......The lights on Red Dog (photo above) are a very late war add...And there is little written info on this set of lights....Do not know if they were a factory add or a field add ( or both).........However they were the equivalent of todays "slime lights" onmost military aircraft...........Basicallyjust to let pilots know where their wingman/other formation aircraft are.....

  5. I'm sorry but my build on LSP is terminated...............................
  6. Yes, it's in the "measuring and marking" section....then measuring......then page 2............there are 2 sizes a 5" and a 2 1/2".....I got the 2 1/2" as most of my work is small................Unfortunately that is the smallest size offered................ Does a pretty neat job.............
  7. BTW........Here's the center finder I ordered from Micro Mark.............the next pic shows 2 smaller scratchbuilt versions
  8. OK finally figured out how to (or at least method #1) to make the center section of mail wheel.........Next step is to build up the center "hump"....and I'm going to use Apoxie Sculpt....then try to impress the 18 little vent holes around the center cap..............Will use resin "nut & bolt's" to duplicate the outer ring of "dots" which are nuts & bolts.......... Pictured here......
  9. Waiting for the mail....Ordered some Micro Mark glue and one of them center finder tools........... Finding figuring out how to scratch-build something harder that the actual process....... Think I'm going to proceed tonight with the body........
  10. Sorry for not posting.......Got side tracked for a few days but largely been trying to figure out how to accomplish scratch-built items......I'll post soon!....................
  11. OK, Just got a call from Jeff.............Just a mixup on CC information update.......should be up and running soon

  13. This is what I'm shootin' for......This is the outer hub/wheel center section. from a Counter Invader 1/48 aftermarket kit (Cutting Edge IIRC) ..............P.S......Counter Invader wheels were different than the old Invader models..........Main wheels and brakes were fron a C-135/KC-135 ...........Not sure where the nose wheel came from..................
  14. As promised here is a pic of the main wheel brakes redo.......
