machine_marty
Welcome to my first blog on here. This is Eduard's boxing of the excellent Hasegawa kit. I've got the Quickboost engine and Master gun barrels on order but other than that it's an out of the (Eduard) box build, so lots of extras Cockpit built & painted; and painted.... That's all for now, will post more when I'd done some CODY, Whitey, MikeMaben and 3 others

Plm
Nice cockpit but not the right color for a P-47, it shoud be dark dull green. machine_marty

LSP_Kevin
Very nice! And timely, too, as I'm just about to publish K2's review of this kit. Kev LSP_K2 and machine_marty
Joel_W
You're really going to like it here. Very nice start to the multi media cockpit. I must say it's really well detailed. Looking forward to your next update. Joel machine_marty
Shaka HI
Cockpit looks fantastic (despite the "incorrect" color -- which I myself won't bother correcting)! Keep going! machine_marty and LSP_K2
LSP_K2
The more Jugs, the better,... in a manner of speaking. machine_marty and mark31
machine_marty
Thanks guys, really appreciate your comments. As for the colour, it does Sen very bright in the pics but isn't so much in reality. Maybe it is the wrong shade (I used Mr Paint US Cockpit Interior Green) but I kinda like the way it looks so will probably keep it that way and learn for my next build. Hoping to get an update in the next few days 😊 Thanks Martin mark31

dodgem37
Nice cockpit. Are the decals from the kit or are they after market? Thank you. Sincerely, Mark
machine_marty
Thanks again. There are no decals as yet, the markings you see are the colour etch from Eduard. To reply to an earlier post, the seatbelts are the Eduard colour etched ones supplied in the kit. They are quite nice if they're bent about a bit before installing them. I did think about getting fabric ones, but it's shame not to use what's given.
