Gotta ask - what is the device up on the dash with the green and yellow… I have never seen anything like it before? Nice glass layout too… Cheers Alan hi Alan- the Hawk is privately owned, but not flying yet. Might be for sale soon- Just like Jugg figured- That device is an AOA indexer. When at the optimum AOA for your configuration, you should see the green circle. Pete Fleischmann Posted April 29, 2023 Author Share Posted April 29, 2023 (edited) Spent ten days in Jordan a few years back to review 12 Hawks that are for sale- Me with the fleet of RJAF Mk 63 Hawks we pulled the two lowest time airframes out to run the engines.
